Brief Description:
8,800 sq. ft. exterior remodel addressing significant existing drainage issues through comprehensive site improvements, including regrading and upgraded drainage systems. The project also included a new pool and spa with water feature and equipment room, retaining walls, stairs, thermal decking, stamped concrete patios and a future ADU foundation, artificial turf, fencing, steel railings, hardscape lighting, and complete planting installation.
