His background includes structural construction, foundation systems, hillside development, engineering coordination, carpentry, and custom building.

Douglas Degnan
Douglas Degnan has spent more than 40 years helping build and grow Millsap Degnan & Associates Inc into a full service structural and construction company serving Marin County and the surrounding Bay Area. Douglas oversees project management and works closely with clients to deliver successful construction solutions from concept to completion.
With extensive experience in structural construction and engineering coordination, Doug brings practical expertise and strong attention to detail to every project. Whether managing complex hillside stabilization, foundation repairs, retaining wall construction, or large scale remodels, his focus remains on delivering durable solutions, clear communication, and outstanding customer service.
